VAUDE Detective Antimos Zip-Off Pants Kids iron(iron)
The Kids Detective Antimos ZO Pants are, as the name suggests, effective against mosquitoes. This is made possible by the natural finish with the environmentally-friendly, mosquito repellent plant based geraniol. In addition, these skin-friendly children’s pants are soft and easy-care. The legs can be removed in a few easy steps and quickly transformed into Bermudas. Thanks to the UPF 50+ UV protection factor, children’s sensitive skin is well-protected from sunburn. The Kids Detective Antimos ZO Pants were manufactured in accordance with the strict bluesign criteria. The VAUDE Green Shape label stands for environmentally-friendly, functional products made from sustainable materials.
UPF 50+
Excellent UV protection so that you can enjoy the sun and mountain sports well protected. A UPF rating of 50+ means that a given piece of fabric allows less than 2% (<1/50) of the UV rays that hit it to penetrate through. This is the same as 98% UV protection. The UV protection is created by the choice of fibres, weave, material thickness or by inserting a titanium dioxide protective screen into the fabric. Titanium dioxide is completely environmentally friendly and has been rated by the EU as harmless.
Antimos
Summer time is mosquito time. All sorts of herbs in the form of sprays, creams and candles have been developed to combat the little pests – but only the right clothing can make the mosquito repellent complete. VAUDEs AntiMos clothing with the vegetable active substance Geraniol gives mosquitoes no chance. Additionally it protects effectively against sun burn.
